Birther Lt. Col. Slapped with Court Martial

Formal court martial charges have been brought against Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, the Army doctor who believes President Obama may not be a natural born citizen, for failing to follow orders, the military said today.

Lakin was charged Thursday "with one specification of a violation of Article 87, Missing Movement and four specifications of a violation of Article 92 (three specifications of Failure to Obey a Lawful Order, and one Specification of Dereliction of Duty)," said Chuck Dasey, spokesman at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, where Lakin is assigned.

  1. Good, I hope they convict him and make an example out of his stupidity. Maybe once and for all this will help put this to rest.

  2. We can only hope. I just don't get these people.

  3. Well, this should be interesting.

If I told my boss I wasn't going to do anything she told me to do until I was given documentation proving to my satisfaction that the CEO of the company is qualified for his job, I have a feeling the result would involve a lot less formality than a court-martial.

This man is probably hoping for a chance to make speeches. I hope the judge is as amusing of a writer as the one who most recently flushed Orly Taitz.

  4. I hope they strip the traitor of his pay, his rank, and any benefits he may have been entitled to. He can go beg fellow traitor Ollie for help.

  5. I didnt know a thing about any of this either, so it was an interesting post, I reckon a lil more interesting as well, as to what the court will do about it? I never cared much about the "birther" thing, so never kept up with it much I reckon. I remember when Obama was a candidate, and folk's started to question if he was muslim, or born in the USA or whatever .... which I known/ heard is a requirement, I never cared much one way or the other. I done a posting back then saying that I will still vote for the man whether he is a muslim, and atheist, or a christian, or even a pagan(I'm none of them). I would still have voted for him even if he was born in Kenya. Basically .... the man is American enough for me is all I care about. As far as the war in Afghanistan, or Iraq, or any of these other alien culture countries who engage in religious war's, corporate manufactured oil/ resource's war's, etc. ... No ... I wouldnt fight in any of their war's either, I like those countries that I favour, so you can say I am "prejudice" I reckon .... such as the Japanese, European's, Latin America, or those who are in alignment with us I would protect .... I mean .... I wouldnt even "buy" oil from Arab's ... why would I support or defend a country, or even trade for that matter with one who view's or who label's our western women as whore's, our men as pussies, who would flog our children to death, or perform mercy murder's on our daughter's, and hang homosexual's? I feel corporation's are a major influenece behind our war's these day's, basically I wouldnt piss on any of them if they were on fire. That's just my opinion though Ms.TNlib. As far as this Lt.Col. .... he "agreed" and took an oath, he know's what the score is .... he shouldnt have taken an oath and commitment, he would question later I reckon.

    Thank You Ms.TNlib :)

  6. Beside's .... wasnt that all cleared up before he even made President? I thought I heard that he was born in some place like Hawaii or Kansas or something? I am sure they shown a birth certificate or something, just listen to the man (Obama)talk, and his culture and what he say's .... it's American as you can get .... especially being a community organizer in South Chicago. Personally I dont think it should matter anywayz .... we know that he isnt some plant by the Communist Government of China, or planted by al Qaeda. If there was anything factual about any of this nonsense, it would have been picked up way back when he was a Senator by someone .... this is nothing but all pop culture urban myth stuff, no different than UFO/ Alien abduction tale's. You cant "hide" and cover up something like this .... were just too huge of a country, with too many involved, the watchdog's are watching the watchdog's in this country, and even if a candidate wear's odd colored drawer's(underwear) it would be all over every paper and tele broadcast in this nation, I mean .... you cant even fart without it getting coverage .... this aint China, and even they cant cover up everything.

    Later Girl! :)

  8. Obam's birth certificate has been on display at FactCheck.org and on Obama's campaign website. It was also displayed on CNN the last few days.

The right will embrace any lie if it fits their agenda. A good lie is always preferable to the truth to these people. Of course the truth always works against them si I guess I can understand.

  9. 1) The numbnuts Lt Col took an oath of commission, which has nothing at all to do with his so-called beef. They take a dim view of breaking that oath in the army.

    2) Even if Obama had been born on Mars, and his daddy was an octopus...his mother was American. End of fucking story, dumb ass birthers.

  10. I've visited a few rightwing blogs where they're treating this traitor like a hero for disobeying his Commander in Chief.

    Bunch of squirrely nut jobs.

  11. Infidel: I hope the judge puts a gag on him, so he can't write a book or make speeches, or profit in anyway from this.

JR: I hope to hell they throw his butt in the poky for life.

RC: I like the way you think. Yes, it's been cleared up over and over again. You see, the Republicans are the party of "No" but they cannot take "No" for an answer.

T-101: "I shall always tell a lie" is their creed.

jadej: The whole thing is silly, stupid and diverts attention from more important matters. But maybe that's what they want. They are really too shallow to focus on anything of real importance.

Shaw: I don't think I'm surprised at this. They've already demonstrated that it's acceptable to renege on an oath by closing their eyes to Palin's shameful behavior.

    Enjoy your comments, folks.

  15. I hate the thought of making a martyr out of the guy, but this is dereliction of duty. And, truth be told, I'll be getting a kick out the cognitive dissonance this will cause among the 'bagger types who think the military can do no wrong.

  16. It seems I remember military personnel refusing to obey orders/deployment under King George II too, on the grounds that he was not the president due to Floridagate and some guy known as "well hung Chad."

Wait!!! I never saw Bush's birth certificate. We were had for 8 years! had, I tell ya, had!

  17. K: They'll just blame it on our socialist president.

    Boomer: Well hung Chad? LOL.

I don't either, and it's all the latest style lately, too. The dumber one is, the more one is listened to...

  21. Throw the book at him. He's no better than the Iraq War deserters.

I mean, come on. If you don't want to be in the military and follow the Commander in Chief, you don't have to join.

  22. Good comments here and I think it goes without saying that I agree with all of you. A good thing because I'm sick of listening to all these nuts. I want the old Republicans back.

dmarks: you're so right. I'm beginning to think that someone is paying him big bucks - enough to make him financially secure for the rest of his life. No sane person would do this. I know, he's probably a card carrying nut.
