De judge in this case is none other than Rush Limbaugh. Thank the Lord, he is not going to adjudicate a court case in an honest-to-God courtroom. You wouldn't have a chance if you were Africa-American, or Hispanic, or a female of any color, shape or size.

Which is why his selection as a judge for the 2010 Miss America Pageant is, well . . . so peculiar. This anti-feminist, this sexist, this racist couldn't possibly be familiar with the female anatomy.

Think Progress, who got the lowdown from Fox News' Greta Van Susteren's blog, quoted MAO President and CEO, Art McMaster:

He will bring a thrilling new dimension to the competition and we know that the 2010 Miss America Pageant will be filled with new twists and exciting opportunities with him as one of our national judges.

Yea, I bet. Guess they don't want another fiasco like they had last year.
